End User License Agreement

1. Agreement
By using ScamOrNah ("the Service"), you agree to this End User License Agreement ("EULA"). If you don't agree, don't use the Service.
2. License Grant
CompileDaddy grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use ScamOrNah for personal, non-commercial purposes subject to the terms of this agreement.
3. Restrictions
You may NOT:
- Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the Service
- Copy, modify, or distribute the Service
- Use the Service for commercial purposes without authorization
- Use the Service to spam, harass, or harm others
- Attempt to bypass any payment or access controls
- Use automated tools to access the Service without permission
- Share your subscription with others
4. Intellectual Property
ScamOrNah, including its code, design, AI models, and content, is owned by CompileDaddy. All rights reserved. You don't get any ownership rights by using the Service.
5. Subscriptions & Payments
- Subscriptions auto-renew until cancelled
- Cancel anytime through PayPal
- No refunds for partial subscription periods
- Prices may change with 30 days notice
6. Disclaimer of Warranties
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT ANY WARRANTIES. ScamOrNah is a helpful tool but:
- We cannot guarantee 100% accuracy in scam detection
- AI analysis may have false positives or negatives
- You are responsible for your own decisions
- We are not liable for any losses from using or not using our analysis
7. Limitation of Liability
IN NO EVENT SHALL COMPILEDADDY BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, REGARDLESS OF THE CAUSE OF ACTION OR WHETHER SUCH DAMAGES WERE FORESEEABLE.
8. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless CompileDaddy from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of the Service or violation of this EULA.
9. Termination
We may terminate your access at any time for any reason, especially for violating this EULA. Upon termination, you must stop using the Service.
10. Updates
We may update the Service and this EULA at any time. Continued use constitutes acceptance of changes.
11. Governing Law
This EULA is governed by the laws of the United States. Any disputes will be resolved in accordance with applicable law.
