2. What ScamOrNah Does

ScamOrNah uses AI to analyze messages and identify potential scam patterns. It's a tool to help you make informed decisions—not legal advice, not a guarantee, just a really smart pattern detector.

3. What ScamOrNah Does NOT Do

• Guarantee 100% accuracy (scammers are crafty)
• Contact sellers or third parties
• Make decisions for you
• Serve as legal or financial advice
• Replace your own judgment

4. Your Responsibilities

• Use the service for legitimate purposes only
• Don't try to break, hack, or exploit the service
• Don't use it to harm, harass, or deceive others
• Make your own final decisions about transactions

5. Payments & Subscriptions

• Free tier: 3 free checks to try it out
• Unlimited: $7.99/month for unlimited checks
• Single check: $0.99 one-time for detailed report
• Payments processed securely via PayPal
• Subscriptions auto-renew until you cancel
• Cancel anytime through PayPal—no hard feelings

6. Refunds

Due to the instant nature of our digital service, we generally don't offer refunds. If you genuinely believe you were charged in error, contact us and we'll sort it out.

7. Disclaimer

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS." We make no warranties about accuracy, reliability, or fitness for any particular purpose. Use at your own risk.

8. Limitation of Liability

We're not liable for any losses you experience from using (or not using) ScamOrNah. If a scammer gets you despite our warning, or if we incorrectly flag something as a scam, that's on you to verify. We're a tool, not a shield.

9. Changes

We may update these terms. Continued use after changes means you accept them. We'll try to notify about major changes.

10. Termination

We can terminate your access if you violate these terms or just because we feel like it (though we probably won't unless you're being a jerk).

11. Governing Law

These terms are governed by US law. Any disputes will be handled accordingly.
