End User License Agreement
Effective date: 4 December 2025
This End User License Agreement (“Agreement”) is between you (either an individual or a single entity) and CompileDaddy (“CompileDaddy”) for the SideLoadR software, including all accompanying documentation and updates (“Software”). Installing or using the Software indicates acceptance of this Agreement.
1. License Grant
Subject to your compliance with this Agreement, CompileDaddy grants you a limited, nonexclusive, nontransferable, revocable license to install and use the Software on Android devices that you own or control for the sole purpose of analyzing, scanning, and managing APK files.
2. Restrictions
- You may not copy, modify, reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, or create derivative works of the Software except to the extent permitted by applicable law.
- You may not rent, lease, lend, sell, sublicense, distribute, or otherwise transfer the Software or any rights to it.
- You may not remove or alter any proprietary notices or branding.
- You may not use the Software to develop or train competing services.
3. Intellectual Property
The Software is owned by CompileDaddy and protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws. The license granted herein does not convey any ownership interest or intellectual property rights beyond the limited use rights described above.
4. Prohibited Uses
You agree not to deploy the Software in any manner that violates law, infringes third-party rights, facilitates malware distribution, or compromises the security of devices you do not own. Use of the Software in regulated or mission-critical environments is at your own risk.
5. Risk Acknowledgment
Sideloading software carries inherent risks including instability, malware exposure, and device incompatibility. You acknowledge these risks and accept responsibility for validating APK sources, verifying permissions, and ensuring backups of critical data.
6. Device Compatibility
The Software targets Android 9 (API level 28) or newer. Performance may vary based on device manufacturer customizations, security policies, or hardware limitations. CompileDaddy does not guarantee compatibility with every device or Android fork.
7. Limitation of Liability
CompileDaddy is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or exemplary damages, including loss of data, device damage, or service interruptions, arising from use or inability to use the Software. In no event will our aggregate liability exceed the amount paid, if any, for the Software.
8. Termination
This Agreement is effective until terminated. CompileDaddy may terminate the license immediately if you fail to comply with any term. Upon termination you must uninstall and destroy all copies of the Software.
9. Governing Law
This Agreement is governed by the laws of the State of Idaho, USA, without regard to conflict of laws rules. You agree to the exclusive jurisdiction of Idaho state and federal courts.
